1. Services
We provide rentals of portable restrooms, equipment, and related services. Availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, and demand.

2. Rental Period

• Rental timeframes will be clearly stated in the agreement.
• Extensions must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.
• Late returns may be subject to extra charges.

3. Payments

• Quotes will be provided before rentals are confirmed.
• Full or partial payment may be required upfront.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Late or declined payments may result in service cancellation.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe and accessible delivery/pick-up locations.
• Proper use and care of rental equipment.
• Notifying us promptly of any damages or service issues.

5. Damages & Liability

• Customers are liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
• Capital Rentals WC is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to equipment use.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the rental service provided.

6. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid fees.
• Same-day cancellations may result in partial charges.

7. Service Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if equipment is misused, damaged, or payment terms are not met.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be handled within the appropriate local jurisdiction.
